Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age >18 years old,gender is not limited;?American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II;?Patients requiring knee arthroplasty;?Patients provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients or their families declined to participate;?Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics;?Skin infection at the puncture site;?Long-term opioid users;?Unable to communicate normally
