Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? In 2019, the Chinese Association for Pain Research issued standards for chronic lumbar muscle strain; ? Age 18-30 years old, disease course>1 month, gender unlimited; ? Right handedness; ? 3 = VAS = 7; ? Exercise habits (engage in moderate intensity exercise at least three times a week for no less than 50 minutes each time, or engage in high-intensity exercise at least three times a week for no less than 25 minutes each time); ? Informed and consenting, cooperating to complete the prescribed complete exercise intervention and testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spine surgery, etc; ? Lower back pain caused by internal medicine, gynecological and male diseases; ? Have a history of mental illness, brain trauma, etc; ? Having other motor disorders or functional impairments; ? Skin damage on the waist; ? Exercise therapy treatment within the past three months; ? BMI = 30; ? Pregnant women; ?Participants who have participated in Study 1.
