Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 40 years old, female Agree to comply with all research procedures and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria: pregnant woman Previous total cystectomy surgery Long term indwelling catheterization for various reasons Long term dialysis without urine Disagree to comply with all research procedures and sign informed consent form
