Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 edition)"; 2.X-ray films showed kellgren-lawrence grade ? and ? [Mark D. Kohn, 2016] (grade 0: normal; grade ? : no narrowing of the joint space, suspicious osteophyte or a small amount of osteophyte; grade ? : suspicious narrowing of the joint space, obvious osteophyte; Grade ? : obvious narrowing of joint space, mild sclerosing bone changes, moderate osteophyte formation; Grade ? : obvious narrowing of joint space, severe sclerosing changes, obvious joint deformity, and a large number of osteophytes formation). 3. Age 45-75 years old, male or female; 4. VAS score of KOA joint pain >=4 (range: 0-10); 5. Sign the informed consent and be willing to complete the study as planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.For those with a history of knee joint surgery or those preparing for surgery, there should be a history of arthroscopic examination within the past year or a history of intra-articular injection within the past six months. 2. Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as joint loosening, severe joint cavity effusion, malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases); 3. Received acupuncture treatment in the past three months; 4. Severe organic or mental disorders; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Coagulation disorders; 7. Have a phobia of acupuncture; 8.Have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
