Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare workers engaged in clinical work. 2. Working time > 3 months or more. 3. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical and nursing staff for further training. 2. Medical and nursing staff during maternity leave.
