Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical presentation, laboratory findings, and radiographic diagnosis of AP (2 or more of the following 3 points according to the Atlanta criteria) ?sudden epigastric pain or tenderness; ? Serum amylase increase more than 3 times the normal value or more; ? Pancreatic inflammatory changes clearly found on ultrasound or CT); 2. The duration of hospitalization is expected to exceed 1 week; 3. Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; 4. Patients voluntarily or their families agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is dying; 2. The patient or his family members do not agree to sign the informed consent for the trial; 3. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
