Interventions

Nasal high flow oxygen inhalation group, HFNC group:HFNC Oxygen inhalation (30-60L/min)
Nasal cannula oxygen inhalation group, NC group:NC Oxygen inhalation (3-6L/min)
Nasopharyngeal airway oxygen inhalation group, NPA group:NPA Oxygen inhalation (3-6L/min)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients planning to undergo ultrasound bronchoscopy diagnosis and treatment; (2) Age>18 years old; (3) BMI18~28kg/m2; (4) ASAI-Level II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment; Severe cardiac insufficiency or hemodynamic abnormalities; (2) Acute respiratory tract infections; (3) Patients with nasal polyps, nasal bleeding or bleeding tendencies, nasal trauma, nasal malformations, nasal inflammation, severe coagulation dysfunction or thrombocytopenia; (4) asthmatic

Hypoxia incidence (defined as peripheral oxygen saturation [SpO2]<93%, lasting for more than 5 seconds);

MeasureTime frame
MAP, HR, RR, SpO2, and BIS values of patients ;Intraoperative measures for treating hypoxemia (jaw lifting, suspension of operation, mask assisted ventilation);Blood gas analysis results at T0, T3, and T5: pH value, PaO2 value, PaCO2 value;Surgical time, awakening time, occurrence of adverse events during surgery (malignant arrhythmia, airway spasm, termination of surgery), and general condition of the patient;
