Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. physically healthy, with normal limb mobility, meeting PARQ questions. 2. age: preschool children aged 3-6 years. 3. no relaxation activities such as high-intensity physical activity on the day of the test. 4. Subjects voluntarily participated in this study, signed the informed consent form, and were willing to cooperate in filling in the relevant data and accepting the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. color blindness, infectious diseases, diseases, etc. 2. people with medical advice to limit physical exercise 3. children with confirmed attention deficit disorder and ADHD 4. recent physical abnormalities and other conditions that prevented participation in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity 5. other conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, prevented successful completion of the experiment.
