Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke adopted at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, or the clinical diagnostic criteria and classification for stroke established by the World Health Organization in 1978, confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; (2) Patients with initial onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, with stable condition and duration of disease = 6 months; (3) Patients aged between 30 and 70 years with no other adverse symptoms are included; (4) Lack of regular exercise before onset (i.e. exercise more than 3 times per week, exercise time = 30 minutes per session, and exercise duration = 3 months); (5) The patient's upper and lower limb grading is Brunnstrom>level 3; (6) The patient's blood pressure is stable without any related cardiovascular diseases (100-150/65-100mmHg); (7) Existence of balance and walking dysfunction; (8) Able to stand and walk independently or with the assistance of crutches; (9) Willing to sign an informed consent form, able to understand and accept rehabilitation guidance and implement it.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attacks, and reversible ischemic neurological deficits; (2) Patients with failure of important internal organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver, as well as severe joint diseases such as spinal cord, knee, ankle, and cervical spine; (3) Patients with a history of dementia and mental illness; (4) Patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment and abnormal mental state; (5) Patients with concurrent malignant tumors and accompanying malignant diseases; (6) Patients with brain injuries caused by conditions such as brain tumors and traumatic brain injury; (7) Existence of visual impairment or other diseases that may cause trunk dysfunction; (8) Currently participating in any other clinical research.
