Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years at enrollment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cognitive impairment who are completely unable to understand the content of the experiment and give informed consent; 2. Patients with unstable conditions such as active bleeding, severe infection, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and renal failure; 3.
