Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spine surgery ; 2. Age = 18 years old ; 3. ASA I~?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe chronic lung disease before surgery, CT or chest x-ray showing atelectasis, lung consolidation, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, previous thoracic surgery, severe heart disease, severe thoracic deformity, obesity (BMI=30kg/m2), extensive subcutaneous emphysema during surgery, and need ventilator therapy after surgery.
