Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara, single fetus, head position, age 18-40 years old, BMI =36 kg/m^2, 37-42 weeks of pregnancy,ASA? or ? grade, prenatal examination such as obstetrics and B-ultrasonography, no contraindications for vaginal delivery, cervical dilation 2-4 cm, and willing to perform labor analgesia. The NRS pain score (the average pain score for three consecutive uterine contractions prior to painless delivery) is =6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiparous women, multiple pregnancies, body mass index > 36 kg/m^2, pathological obstetric diseases; Allergy to related drugs (ropivacaine, esketamine); For long-term analgesics, opioid analgesics were used before epidural analgesia during delivery, oxytocin was given from 15 minutes before analgesia to 45 minutes after epidural analgesia, and cervical rapid changes (cervical dilation =5 cm) occurred within 45 minutes before analgesia; Contraindications to epidural anesthesia; Mental symptoms; NRS score < 6 before analgesia.
