18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 30 years. 2.Diagnosis of skeletal Class III malocclusion requiring bimaxillary orthognathic surgery. 3.Availability of complete imaging data and case records. 4.Treatment with clear aligners both preoperatively and postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of bone pathologies, syndromes, joint, or autoimmune diseases. 2.History of nasal surgery. 3.Obvious deformities such as columella deviation or unilateral nostril collapse. 4.History of other maxillofacial hard tissue surgeries (such as bone fracture and segmental osteotomy).
