Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 80 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease in the 2019 Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China; (3) Patients with stroke duration >6 months and activity impairment after standardized stroke treatment; (4) Patients and their caring family members with normal communication ability and understanding; (5) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute infectious diseases; (2) Combined with other organic brain diseases, accompanied by other serious physical diseases; (3) People with severe cardiopulmonary, renal and hepatic insufficiency, etc. requiring absolute bed rest; (4) History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; (5) History of alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse or dependence.
