Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-75 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Sarcopenia Screening Scale SARC-CalF = 11 points; (3) Grip strength: 26kg for men< and 18kg for women< Skeletal muscle index (SMI): 7kg/m2 for men, 5.5kg/m^2 for women<<; (4) Tai Chi training and elastic band training are acceptable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have maintained regular exercise at least twice a week for the last six months; (2) Use of medications that may affect sarcopenia (including vitamin D, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, pioglitazone, growth hormone, growth hormone-releasing hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, etc.) in the last three months; (3) Secondary muscle strength or function loss due to other diseases Persons with a history of two or more chronic diseases or any acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular accident.
