Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be women aged 20–59 years with a sexual history; 2. The diagnostic criteria for PFD-related LBP must be met; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation must conform to Qi deficiency syndrome[30]; 4. The pelvic floor muscle based on the muscle strength assessment by the Oxford scale less than level 3; 5. Participants who have provided informed consent for this study are willing to undergo examinations and cooperate with the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with a history of vaginal surgery and pelvic surgery; 2. Low back pain secondary to other diseases, such as pain caused by lumbar fractures, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, intervertebral disc herniation, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tuberculosis, tumors, etc; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe damage to liver and kidney function, blood system diseases, and coagulation dysfunction; 4. The patient's existing diseases were significantly related to the diagnosis and treatment of non-specific low back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, and the original treatment remained unchanged; 5. Pregnant women, mental disorders, fainting needles, etc. who cannot cooperate and cannot receive acupuncture treatment. 6. Those who have a cardiac pacemaker, suffer from severe cardiac arrhythmia, or have an implanted metallic or electronic device near the site of electrical stimulation.
