Interventions

low CCI group:CCI was calculated on admission based on patients’ past medical history and laboratory results. Patients were divided in to low CCI group when CCI score is no more than 2.
high CCI group:CCI was calculated on admission based on patients’ past medical history and laboratory results. Patients were divided in to high CCI group when CCI score is more than 2.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 80 years old who were diagnosed as hip fracture and had surgical treatment from Feburary 2013 to June 2021 were enrolled for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included incomplete data, revision case, multiple traumas, open fracture or pathologic fracture.
