16 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed ACL rupture through arthroscopy; ? PST grade I or above under preoperative anesthesia; ? KT-2000 SSD greater than 3mm under preoperative anesthesia; ? Multiple ligament relaxation syndrome; ? Autologous hamstring tendon was used for single-bundle reconstruction ? Perform arthroscopic ACLR or ACLR+LET alone and strictly follow the exercise rehabilitation plan to complete preoperative rehabilitation and at least 3 months of postoperative rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Other injuries that affect lower limb stability and strength lines, except for ACL and ALS injuries; ? Other mental, psychological, and chronic diseases that may affect the experimental results. All patients who meet the above exclusion criteria but refuse to undergo LET surgery will be automatically enrolled in the ACLR group.
