S1:Infusion of dexmedetomidine during surgery (loading dose of 0.5 µg/kg, infusion completed within 15 minutes, followed by maintenance dose of 0.2 µg/kg per hour until approximately 30 minutes before
S2:Infusion of dexmedetomidine during surgery (loading dose of 0.5 µg/kg, infusion completed within 15 minutes, followed by maintenance dose of 0.4 µg/kg per hour until approximately 30 minutes before
C:Inject physiological saline during surgery (at the same dose and time as the dexmedetomidine group)

30 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy on a scheduled date (2) ASA classification as I-II level patients (3) Body mass index, BMI)18-25kg/m2 ; (4) 30-65 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient Refusal (2) BMI index>30 kg/m2 (3) ASA>Level II (4) Emergency surgery (5) Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney dysfunction (6) Individuals with allergies to the drugs involved in this study (7) Concomitant endocrine or immune disorders (8) Long term use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids (9) Mental illness patients
