Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) In line with HF diagnostic criteria, heart function in the ? ~ ? level; (3) Meet the DR Diagnostic criteria; (4) In line with the TCM standard of atmospheric subsidence, Yin deficiency and water stopping; (5) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary digestive system diseases, including but not limited to eating difficulties, severe diarrhea, etc., causing electrolyte disorders; (2) The increase of aminotransferase in primary liver disease was more than three times, and the glomerular filtration rate of primary kidney disease was < 15ml/min/1.73m2; (3) Diabetic ketoacidosis, severe infection, acute cerebrovascular disease; (4) Endocrine diseases such as thalamic-pituitary disease, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, diabetes insipidus, reninoma, etc.; (5) There are malignant tumors, primary severe anemia, and severe primary electrolyte disorders; (6) Pregnant and lactating women; (7) Those with abnormal spirits.
