Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 28 days to 18 years who were hospitalized in West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who met any of the following conditions were excluded: ? the hospital stay was less than 2 days; (2) Renal function examination (including serum creatinine and other indicators) less than 2 times during hospitalization; (3) Abnormal renal function before admission (chronic kidney disease, history of kidney transplantation, congenital renal insufficiency, end-stage renal disease, kidney transplantation, cystic fibrosis, need extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, receiving dialysis, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2); (4) Identify kidney injury caused by other factors (such as kidney injury related to a disease).
