Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines for Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction of the Cardiovascular Division of the Chinese Medical Association; (2) 18 years old = age = 80 years old; (3) Postoperative LVEF =40%, Killip class I-II, without other serious complications, such as malignant arrhythmia and acute heart failure; (4) Heart rate 55~100 beats/min, systolic blood pressure 90mmHg~140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure 60mmHg~90mmHg; (5) Sound function of both lower limbs; (6) Stable condition after PCI, obtaining the right to information and signing the consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiac insufficiency requiring aortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP) therapy; (2) Patients with a combination of severe disorders of consciousness; (3) Patients with chronic diseases of other organs who cannot take care of themselves; (4) Patients who refuse to cooperate with exercise rehabilitation exercise;
