Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Newborns manifested with respiratory distress within 24 hours after birth, including progressive dyspnea, groaning, three concave sign, and cyanosis; (2) newborns need non-invasive or invasive respiratory support within 24 hours after birth; (3) Imaging showed RDS manifestations, including air bronchogram, ground-glass lung lesions, white lung, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of congenital malformations/developmental abnormalities affecting respiratory function, such as congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernia, pulmonary stenosis; (2) Genetic metabolic diseases; (3) Abnormal structure of upper respiratory tract; (4) Intubation required for surgical operations; (5) Grade III or IV intracranial hemorrhage; (6) Family members are unwilling to participate in.
