neuromuscular training group:A neuromuscular training intervention includes dynamic stability, strength, and acceleration/deceleration training. The duration of a single training session was 30 minute
traditional training group:Subjects are asked to train according to their previous training schedule.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants should have >3 years of training experience, mainly athletes engaged in team sports; Sports experience required to engage in collective ball games; Good physical health with no injuries and no lower limb injuries in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of lower limb injuries and illnesses; Unhealthy body with injuries and illnesses; Smoking; Have habits such as taking nutritional supplements.
