40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing initial unilateral posterolateral approach THA surgery; (2) Aged between 40 and 80 years, regardless of gender; (3) Patients undergoing home rehabilitation after being discharged post-THA; (4) Patients proficient in independently using a smartphone; (5) Both the patients and their families are willing to participate in this clinical study and have signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing simultaneous bilateral THA surgery; (2) Patients undergoing hip revision surgery or debridement; (3) Patients with other diseases that may affect the study results, such as myasthenia gravis, severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, etc.; (4) Patients with cognitive or cooperation issues that prevent compliance with the rehabilitation plan; (5) Patients unable to complete the relevant assessments of the study; (6) Patients rehabilitating in a rehabilitation institution post-surgery; (7) Patients and/or their families refuse to participate in this clinical study;
