Single connected group:blood was drawn from the artery end to the venous pot and then connected to the venous end
Double connected group:device was connected to the arteriovenous end of the catheter at the same time

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old 2. Preoperative systolic blood pressure = 90mmHg, evaluate patients who can use both blood transfusion methods 3. Patients using PrimaflexST150 CVVHDF mode 4. Agree to continuous renal replacement therapy and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe bleeding, insufficient blood volume, and hypoalbuminemia 2. Patients with heart failure 3. Pregnant women, organ transplant or malignant tumor patients 4. Individuals with mental illnesses or other conditions who cannot cooperate with treatment Use of vasoactive drugs such as norepinephrine before CRRT treatment
