Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 18 years; 2. undergo cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 3. serum creatinine level measured within 7 days prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. performing non-extracorporeal surgery; 2. serum creatinine level was not measured within 7 days after surgery; 3. preoperative renal insufficiency (Scr = 133 µmol/L); 4. after heart or kidney transplantation; 5. preoperative ECMO users; 6. those with preoperative tracheotomy or mechanical ventilation; 7. those with intraoperative resuscitation or intraoperative death. 8. Death within 48 hours after surgery 9. blood gas analysis less than 6 times
