Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Voluntary signing of informed consent; According to the consensus of the International Expert Group on Postoperative Infections in Internal Fixation, patients diagnosed with postoperative infection after internal fixation of fractures; Referring to the section on principles of internal fixation management in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Postoperative Infections after Fracture Fixation (2018 Edition)", patients requiring intraoperative removal of internal fixation after discussion; Antibiotics should be discontinued for at least 2 weeks before surgery (except for patients with severe systemic infections such as acute or subacute infections, high fever, or those deemed unsuitable for discontinuation of antibiotics); Patients with generally good condition who can tolerate anesthesia and surgery and sign the relevant informed consent form for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients eligible for wound debridement and retention of internal fixation strategy as determined by the research; Patients without internal fixation with bone infection; Patients who choose conservative treatment or refuse to participate in this study; Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
