Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following two points should be met at the same time: (1) Gastric atrophy was found under endoscopy, or gastric atrophy was confirmed by histopathology, or gastric neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia or neuroendocrine tumor was confirmed by histopathology; (2) Positive AIG-associated autoantibodies (anti-parietal cell antibodies or anti-internal factor antibodies, either or both).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age < 18 years old; (2) the patient's informed consent cannot be obtained; (3) Patients with advanced gastric and other systemic malignancies (4) patients who have previously undergone partial or total gastrectomy; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney or lung diseases; (6) Pregnant women.
