Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes whose age is = 18 years and who meet the explicit diagnosis in the Guidelines; (2) Blood glucose fluctuates greatly (daily blood glucose highest lowest value>4.4mmol/L) and HbA1C>7.0%; (3) Conscious and able to communicate normally; (4) Patients who can operate their own smartphones, fill in relevant information on their smartphones, and have NFC functionality on their phones; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study, actively cooperate with dietary and exercise intervention requirements, and sign an informed consent form; (6) Can ensure at least 8 hours of scanning with a mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with cognitive impairment; (2) Severe complications (liver and kidney failure, NYHA grade II or above); (3) Individuals with a history of mental illness or currently taking antipsychotic drugs; (4) High osmotic state; (5) Ketoacetic acidosis; (6) Acute infected individuals; (7) Malignant tumor patients; (8) Patients with metabolic disorders such as hyperthyroidism; (9) Patients with limited physical activity and inability to achieve moderate intensity exercise.
