18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged =18 years;(2) Receiving reperfusion therapy (including intravenous thrombolysis and/or thrombectomy); (3) Without history of stroke or head trauma;(4) Patient or family member signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients cannot cooperate with brain CT within 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after reperfusion treatment; 2. The peripheral blood not available
