18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. above 18 years old 2. receiving mechanical ventilation treatment 3. after 48 hours of mechanical ventilation,the respiratory support parameters were relatively stable 4. the patient 's vital signs were stable 5. no neck,chest and abdomen treatment contraindications 6. did not participate in other clinical trials 7. The patient 's guardian signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy status 2. There were serious injuries in the neck, chest and abdomen, which affected the activity of the diaphragm 3. severe chest ( abdominal ) cavity effusion or gas accumulation 4. history of malignant tumor and peripheral neuromuscular disease
