Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age =18 years old; (2)Diagnosed as idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia, and oral NSAIDS, anticonvulsants, antiepileptic drugs, and antidepressants are not satisfied with pain relief, or can not tolerate the adverse drug reactions; (3)NRS score =4; (4)Trigeminal semilunar nerve electrical stimulation was performed in our department. (5)Able to express themselves clearly and communicate normally; (6)Consent to participate in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as heart failure, intracranial aneurysm, high risk or very high risk of hypertension; (2) patients with epilepsy or mental disorders; (3) previous intracranial surgery; (4) patients with unclear expression and unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up; (5) patients lost follow-up during follow-up;
