Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for gynecological tumors; 2: Meets PSQI score>7 points; 3: Have not taken any sleeping pills, anti anxiety, depression drugs, or hormone drugs within the past week 4: Hospitalized patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy 5: After communicating and being informed, sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study 6:age:45~75 years old

Exclusion criteria
