Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age requirement: 18-27 years old Sample requirements: Due to research purposes, the sample population is mainly composed of college students. Health requirements: No color blindness in both eyes (screening is required before testing), no confirmed chronic non communicable diseases or other diseases, no restrictions on physical exercise under medical advice, healthy body, normal limb mobility, and no recent physical abnormalities. Other conditions: Meet the criteria for participating in the PAR-Q questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with physical disabilities or chronic diseases who are unable to exercise; People with myopia of more than 800 degrees.
