Experimental group one:On the basis of conventional acid suppression and stomach protection treatment, a self-made navel therapy shaping and anti scalding device is used to assist navel therapy. The n
Mucosal protectant administered to magnesium aluminate carbonate tablets (1 gtid).
Experimental group two :On the basis of conventional acid suppression and stomach protection treatment, conventional umbilical therapy is adopted. Oral administration of proton pump inhibitor Esomepra
Mucosal protectant was administered to magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets (1g tid).
Experimental group three:Provide conventional acid suppression and gastric protection treatment, namely proton pump inhibitor esomeprazole enteric coated tablets (20mg qd)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old. ? Differential diagnosis and classification: In accordance with traditional Chinese medicine, it is classified as spleen stomach qi deficiency type The informed consent form is signed by the patient themselves or by their immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Local skin ulceration. ? Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as digestive tract tumors and ulcer perforation Drug allergy. ? Severe heart, liver, and kidney damage affects drug metabolism Characteristic population (pregnant women, lactation, advanced age, mental illness, critically ill or late stage illness). If the sample is being treated with medication at the time of selection and meets the inclusion criteria after the washout period, it will not be considered as an excluded case.
