Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia of the cardio-renal dysfunction type; (2) Age =18 and =65 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Stabilized on sedative-hypnotic drugs for more than 3 months or no drugs before entering this study; (4) PSQI score >5 and <21, belonging to mild to moderate insomnia; (5) Voluntarily participated in this trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with comorbid cardiac, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, endocrine, tuberculosis, tumors, and other serious primary diseases, as well as infectious and contagious diseases; (2) With severe or unstable psychopathology or cognitive impairment/dementia; (3) Those with skin breakdown in the ear; (4) Patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm sleep disorders; (5) People with bad lifestyle habits such as alcohol or drug abusers; (6) Women during pregnancy or lactation; (7) Participated or are participating in other clinical research trials within the last 3 months.
