Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -18-45 years old -Patients undergoing cesarean section have at least two identified risk factors: delivery, injection of oxytocin for 4 hours or longer, magnesium injection, chorioamnionitis, multiple pregnancies, polyhydramnios, and a history of postpartum hemorrhage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Renal dysfunction with serum creatinine>1.0 mg/dL -Mother uses calcium channel blockers for treatment, -Mother uses digoxin for treatment -Suffering from placental implantation
