Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with thoracic esophageal cancer that is pathologically diagnosed as resectable and clinically staged T1-4N1-3M0; 2) without any anti-tumor treatment; 3) Expected survival time of at least more than half a year; 4) No gender limit, age =18 years old; 5) Have normal liver and kidney functions;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and have received treatment; 2) Have suffered from other malignant tumors in the past or currently; 3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4) Patients with a history of organ transplantation or long-term use of immunosuppressants (such as cyclophosphamide, quarcrolimus, tacrolimus, etc.) or HIV patients; 5) Patients with autoimmune diseases; 6) A history of surgery within one year (except biopsy); 7) Serum samples with severe hemolysis, jaundice, and hyperlipidemia;
