Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment. ? Stable dialysis treatment for = 3 months, with 3 hemodialysis sessions per week for 4 hours each time. ? Age = 45 years old; ? Clear consciousness, no visual or hearing impairment, able to express one's intentions correctly; ? The subjects have the ability to complete the cognitive ability assessment and other tests specified in the protocol, and have the ability and time to complete the designated finger movement training; ? Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have experienced a history of major trauma or sudden changes in their condition within the past 2 months; ? Long term use of psychotropic drugs; ? Neurological and serious internal medicine diseases that can cause brain dysfunction, such as syphilis, cerebral infarction, lupus nephropathy, etc Cognitive impairment caused by factors such as depression, thyroid disease, and malignant tumors; ? Individuals with upper limb pain, severe arthritis, etc. who are not suitable for finger movements; ? <4 weeks after arteriovenous fistula surgery; ? Participate in other cognitive intervention researchers.
