Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: =65 years old; 2.ASA rating: I-III; 3. Explain the purpose, content and methods of the study to the patients and their families before surgery, obtain the consent of the patients and their families and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pulmonary inflammation, pulmonary edema, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or diaphragmatic dysfunction; 2. Previous history of intrathoracic surgery or cardiopulmonary injury; 3. Nitrous oxide is contraindicated; 4. Obesity (BMI=30); 5. Difficult airway.
