Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteosarcopenia disease; (2) Be between the ages of 50 and 80; (3) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with various endocrine disorders that cause secondary osteoporosis (such as Cushing's disease, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.); ? Have a history of fractures within the past three months; ? Patients with severe primary diseases or systemic failure such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, as well as those with malignant tumors, mental illness, and allergic constitution; ? Individuals with mental illness, senile dementia, severe neurosis, etc. who cannot determine the therapeutic effect, provide accurate information on the condition, or are unable to cooperate; ? Those who are taking other medications that affect pain, bone density, and muscle mass and cannot stop immediately; ? Implantation of electronic devices or metal objects into the body; ?
