Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: The clinical situation is relatively stable: a. Blood flow is stable; b. Lactic acid<6mmol/L; c. No or only small doses of vasoactive drugs are needed 2: Clinical treatment drugs do not affect gastrointestinal function 3: Informed consent of family members and their patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with uncontrolled shock, severe hypoxemia and acidosis, active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal ischemia, intestinal obstruction, high flow intestinal fistula, abdominal compartment syndrome, etc 2: Vulnerable groups: such as women, children, the elderly, other special groups such as detainees, etc 3: Family members and their patients are unwilling to cooperate with the examination
