Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative diagnosis of hip/knee arthritis In the spinal canal anesthesia elective hip/knee arthroplasty =65 years old ASA grade: I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a prior history of psychiatric disorders such as delirium, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease Patients with a history of previous intracranial surgery, cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unable to communicate due to speech or hearing problems Refused to sign a consent form
