Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female adults aged from 18 to 30, without any diagnosis of a mental or neurological disorder and with body image concern and the desire to promote body image

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Male 2. Younger than 18 or elder than 30 3. Once had or now has a diagnosis of a mental or neurological disorder 4. Without body image concern or do not want to promote body image
