Interventions

Ciprofol group (group C) :In the ciprofol group, sufentanil was injected intravenously for 10s, and ciprofol was injected 0.4mg/kg for 30s after 2 minutes.
Propofol group (group P):In propofol group, sufentanil was injected intravenously for 10s, and propofol 2.0mg/kg for 30s was injected 2min later

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I - III 2. Ages 18-65 3. 18.5< BMI <30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or menstruating 2. Severe circulatory and respiratory diseases combined with hemodynamic instability 3. Severe liver dysfunction (aspartate transaminase/alanine transaminase =2.5) and severe renal dysfunction (serum creatinine =2mg/dl) 4. Patients with poorly controlled hypertension [systolic blood pressure =160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =100 mmHg] 5. People who are expected to have difficult airways 6. Patients with diseased sinus syndrome and allergies to the investigatory drugs or drugs that may be used in the course of the study
