Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients at high risk of hypoxemia undergoing painless gastroscopy examination; 2. Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 3. Willing to accept research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade = 3, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, etc; 2. Patients with sensory abnormalities caused by mental disorders and neurological disorders; 3. Patients with a history of drug allergies; 4. Patients with severe abnormalities in coagulation function; 5. Baseline blood oxygen saturation<95%.
