18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Signed and dated written informed consent was provided by the subjects or their guardians. (2) Age of 18-70 years old (including upper and lower limits), regardless of gender. (3) Preoperative imaging evaluation: imaging showed that it was supratentorial, solitary, and could be totally or subtotally removed, and at the same time, it was highly suspected to be glioma. (4) Intraoperative frozen section indicated primary malignant tumor of the brain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with primary infratentorial glioblastoma, multifocal glioma (=2), or leptomeningeal metastases; (2) The subject has any other malignant tumor and is currently under treatment. (3) Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia or craniotomy. (4) Any other conditions considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study.
