18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?In line with the Western diagnostic criteria of end-stage renal disease; ? 18 = age = 80 years old ; ? regular hemodialysis treatment > 3 months (= 3 times/week); ? Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI ) > 7; ? clear consciousness, no history of mental disorders, clear speech expression, good reading and writing and communication skills; ?Informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients with severe concomitant diseases, such as severe arrhythmia, stroke, malignant tumor; ? patients with severe physical motor dysfunction; ?Those who are allergic to Wang Bu Liu Xing seeds or allergic to adhesive tape, or those who are unable to perform auricular acupressure/group counselling or do not accept auricular acupressure/group counselling treatment for various reasons; ?those who are receiving other types of acupuncture and acupoint massage therapy; ? patients with severe anxiety and depression or long-term use of sleep aids.
