Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Western medicine diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and gastrointestinal dysfunction, and patients with gastrointestinal scores of 1 or 2 ; ( 2 ) TCM syndrome differentiation conforms to the diagnostic criteria of cold and heat mixed syndrome ; ( 3 ) Age 30-85 years old ; ( 4 ) Subjects or their family members agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) with severe heart, liver, kidney damage or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment ; ( 2 ) Patients with upper gastrointestinal organic lesions such as peptic ulcer, pyloric obstruction, and upper gastrointestinal space-occupying lesions ( gastroscopy if necessary ) ; ( 3 ) have other organs or systems with more serious primary disease ; ( 4 ) abdominal skin disease, can not cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine ointment rubbing treatment ; ( 5 ) Patients who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine ointment ingredients.
